Oak Folk Booking Guide ~ How it works
1) Email enquiry or contact form
You’ve emailed through your enquiry or filled in the contact form found via my Instagram link or website. From here I will get back to you within 48hrs.
3) Pay your deposit & sign contract
Secure your preferred date by paying your $200 deposit. This deposit and signed contract secures your booking and is non refundable.
5) Shoot time
Yay! This is where the adventure happens. You will receive a text reminder 24hrs prior. We will meet at our organised location.
2) Lock in a date
Woohoo, You have selected your preferred session date. From here I will advise if suitable with my availability. I’ll send through an invoice for your deposit and also your questionnaire and contract.
4) Complete questionnaire
This is where we plan your dream session. Your questionnaire must be filled in before we start planning. We will chat via phone or email to plan our your session. We will confirm location and wardrobe selections.
4) Final payment
Full session payment must be made 7 days prior to your booking. This payment is for everything pre and post your session
6) Viewing Gallery & print selection
Within 2 weeks of your session, you will receive your viewing gallery via email. Your viewing gallery will be live for one week for you to select your images ready for your final gallery to be delivered. You will also select and notify me of your print selection
7) Final gallery delivered & prints ordered
Your final gallery will be delivered! The most excited part. This is where you will download all high resolution images
Your fine prints will be order and posted to you within 1-2 months. I do monthly batch orders.
8) A big thank you
A massive thank you for choosing me to capture you and your loved ones together.
